Meet in the Front Bar from 5.30pm for a pre meeting drink and chat, then head upstairs after 6.00pm to the Astoria Room for dinner around 6.30pm
Just coming for the meeting , please be seated in the Astoria by 7.30pm with the meeting due to commence at 7.45pm.
